Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff's eldest daughter, Taylor Hasselhoff-Fiore, has filed to be named administrator of her estate after she died without a will.

Taylor Hasselhoff-Fiore and Hayley Hasselhoff paid tribute to their mom, Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff, who died March 5.

The "Baywatch" actress — who shared daughters Taylor, 34, and Hayley, 32, with Hasselhoff — died by suicide last week. She was 62.
