A Grammy-winning singer-songwriter is coming to Syracuse on his 20th anniversary tour dates. Ray LaMontagne will perform at The Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater on Tuesday, Sept. 9. The show, celebrating two decades since his breakout album “Trouble,” will begin at 7 p.m.
