Prosecutors said surveillance video captured an Uber driver sexually assaulting a passenger in his car in South Boston.

The driver said he "didn't remember" whether he had any sexual contact with the passenger, investigators said.

A Boston judge has not decided whether the Uber driver accused of raping a drunk passenger in the back of his vehicle is dangerous as the Brighton man continues to be held without bail.
