A hiker fell to his death inside of Zion National Park near Canyon Overlook Trail over the weekend, according to officials.

A Zion National Park visitor was recently killed after falling on the park's Canyon Overlook Trail, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The man, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene after being found in a remote part of Utah's Zion National Park on Sunday morning
