Setting aside "Minnesota nice," Democratic Sen. Tina Smith told off billionaire Elon Musk after he lashed out at her for calling out his "ultimate d-ck boss move" where he threatened federal workers.
Sen. Tina Smith angry Elon Musk demanded federal workers summarize their accomplishments in the last week or risk losing their jobs.
“Once again, Elon Musk and the Trump Administration have shown their utter disdain for federal employees and the critical services they provide to the American people,” he said in a statement. The AFGE represents more than 800,000 federal workers.
Musk, Trump say they have a mandate to slash the size of the federal government, but the involved AGs argue Congress has ceded too much power.
