Police in St. Paul are searching for an 18-year-old man who is now charged with three sexual assaults in the city following DNA testing results from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. The BCA said this week that the DNA recovered in three separate assaults over an 18-month period matched that of Rakai Davis, now 18, of St. Paul.
