Former Utah and Timpview High wide receiver/punt returner Britain Covey is headed back to the Super Bowl with Philadelphia for the second time in three seasons. He missed much of his third NFL season while on injured reserve, though he was designated to return to practice last week and could be eligible to play in the Super Bowl.

Red and yellow confetti littered the sky at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night after the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Buffalo Bills to earn a spot in the Super Bowl, their fifth appearance in the big game in the last six years.

The Chiefs are heading back to the Super Bowl behind the greatness of Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid. Let's take a look at their latest success by the numbers.

While the Kansas City Chiefs' pursuit of an elusive three-peat is well-documented, Andy Reid's team also made history following Sunday's AFC Championship Game win over the Bills.  The Chiefs are the first team in NFL history to play in five Super Bowls over a six-year span.

Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the ubiquitous Taylor Swift will be among the familiar faces for this year’s Super Bowl when the Kansas City Chiefs go for an unprecedented three-peat against the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb.

Super Bowl matchup is set. We have Eagles and Chiefs, Volume II. Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid are going for a three-peat, while the Eagles have revenge on their mind.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid appeared to acknowledge the controversial fourth-down call in his postgame presser when he noted how "lucky" his team was to come away with a win. "Literally a game of inches today. We were lucky to be on that side of it today. We had the most inches," Reid said.

If the Chiefs win Super 59, Reid would continue to put his name on the list of oldest NFL head coaches to win a Super Bowl. George Halas is technically the oldest (68 years and 331 days) to win an NFL title, but his 1963 title with the Bears came before the Super Bowl era.

Now this is interesting. New York Giants offensive coordinator Mike Kafka is a candidate for the New Orleans Saints head coaching job, and he's begun putting feelers out for his potential staff. ESPN's Giants beat writer Jordan Raanan shares that former Giants defe
