The family of a Northern Cheyenne man shot dead by Bureau of Indian Affairs police in December, 2021, is suing the federal government.

A 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of homicide after being shot by an Omaha police officer inside a low-income apartment building Sunday in the Florence neighborhood.
