The US Air Force has successfully restored an F-35A Lightning II by merging two damaged jets, saving over $74 million.
The F-35 Lightning II is the world's most advanced and capable fighter jet and has now been ordered by almost all eligible countries that could realistically operate a fifth-generation combat wing.
