UNION CITY, Ga. - Firefighters responded to a large fire at an apartment complex in Union City late Tuesday morning. SkyFOX 5 flew over the scene and was able to see flames, smoke and multiple firefighters on the scene. According to a post on X by the Fairburn FIre Department, crews from Fairburn are working on the two-alarm fire.

UNION CITY, Ga. — A fire destroyed a Union City apartment complex on Tuesday morning, according to the fire department. Crews were dispatched just after 9 a.m. on Jonesboro Road at the Evergreen Commons apartments. Union City Fire Chief Joe Maddox said the apartments were "gutted" due to water damage on the top floor.
