“Today, Petra, the Rose City ... nearly identical to the Holy Grail” depicted in Steven Spielberg’s “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” which filmed at the Treasury.
Since then, Petra’s fame has grown. UNESCO inscribed the city’s ruins as a World Heritage site in 1985, and the 1989 film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade used Petra as a stage for some scenes.
Following its release in late 2024, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is continuing to see incredible success, breaking a new player count record.
