Brian Warner, better known as Marilyn Manson, avoided sexual abuse and domestic violence charges thanks to the statute of limitations and a new D.A. Los Angeles Countys

It was not clear whose allegations and what conduct the investigation centered. But Manson, born Brian Warner, has faced several allegations of sexual misconduct, including from ex-fiancee Evan Rachel Wood and Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, who have accused Manson of sexual assault and abuse.

L.A. County Dist. Atty. Nathan Hochman announced he will not charge Marilyn Manson, a.k.a. Brian Warner, in cases of alleged domestic violence and rape.
