An appeal has been launched after a devastating fire ripped through a family home in Cornwall in the early hours of this morning.

One lane has been closed on the A38 westbound in Cornwall due to a vehicle fire. Reports of the incident near Liskeard came in at around 8am and there is said to be slow traffic in the area.
