OKLAHOMA — Former Oklahoma Governor, United States Senator and University of Oklahoma President David Boren has died. Boren passed away Thursday morning at his home in Norman at 83-years-old. He began his decades-long political career in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where he served from 1996 to 1974.
