Oil prices were little changed on Thursday after rising to a near one-week high in the previous session, as an industry report showing a buildup in U.S. crude stockpiles weighed on sentiment. Brent futures were up 20 cents at $76.

The crude oil market continues to see a lot of noise, but at this point in time, the market is still very much in flux and is still trying to determine is we are going to see a lot of demand. Soon, I think this will be the case.
