The Sheriff's Office said the rescue happened on Feb. 15, when winds and swells made for rough seas near the St. Augustine Inlet.
A couple was rescued from choppy waters in St. Augustine after their boat capsized, leaving them sitting helplessly on top of the overturned vessel.
