ROTHBURY, MI -- The family of Kevin Graves, whose remains were discovered by hunters near the Electric Forest music festival grounds on Dec. 30, may never find the closure they seek.

Graves, 28, was last seen on July 1, 2018, at the Electric Forest music festival in Rothbury, a rural village in Oceana County about 5 miles from Lake Michigan and 20 miles north of Muskegon.
