Player to watch — Perkiomen Valley teammates Quinn Boettinger (15.4 points a game) and Grace Galbavy (15.5) are wily vets, and no strangers to crunch-time playoff games. Boettinger (1,667 career points) is a Navy commit; Galbavy (1,325 points after transferring into Perk Valley) is heading to Wake Forest.

The Michigan high school girls basketball season has entered the regional phase, with eight Saginaw-area teams competing for a shot at a regional title. Regional champions advance to championship week, starting with a Tuesday quarterfinal and hopefully a spot in the Saturday, March 22 championships at Michigan State University’s Breslin Center.

The 2025 Minnesota Girls Basketball Tournament is March 12-15 and after a week of crowning section champions the brackets for the annual state tourney have been released.
