Fifteen people were displaced following a fire in Hartford Tuesday evening. The fire broke out at the Tuscan Apartments on Tower Avenue around 9:30 p.m., according to fire officials. Fire crews said that lots of elderly people live in the complex and were home at the time of the fire.

Fire officials said one woman was rescued through a stairwell of the building and another had to be rescued with a ladder truck that reached the third floor.
