Billie Eilish made a surprise appearance on stage with Green Day on Thursday to kick off one of two star-studded concerts in Los Angeles put together to raise funds for people affected by deadly wildfires in California this month.

"L.A. is my favorite place in the world and my only home," Eilish told the crowd. "We grew up here, and I care about it so much"

Billie Eilish made an appearance during Green Day’s set at the FireAid concert on Jan. 30. The Grammy winner came out as the rock band was performing “Last Night on Earth” and sang a stunning rendition of the song with them.

The massive LA wildfire benefit concert FireAid is happening in Inglewood right now at both the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum. At the latter, the night is starting off strong with Billie Eilish joining Green Day for 21st Century Breakdown’s “Last Night On Earth.

Green Day opened up the benefit concert and were quickly joined by Eilish for a performance of the band’s “Last Night on Earth” from their 2009 album “21st Century Breakdown.” Eilish departed the stage after the duet and Green Day continued with “Still Breathing” and “When I Come Around.”

The two-venue, FireAid Benefit Concert, was held in Los Angeles on Thursday night to help raise money for the Southern California communities affected by the devastating fires that ignited earlier this month.
