Williamson County is adding traffic lights to a Liberty Hill neighborhood after residents expressed concerns about speeding.

Mystery seed packets are still arriving in Texans' mailboxes, says the Texas Agriculture Commissioner. Initial testing has determined some of the seeds are water lilies.
