(CNN) – Delta Airlines is turning to artificial intelligence to make what it says “flying the friendly skies” a little bit easier. It’s a tool called Delta Concierge located within the airline’s app.

Delta kicked off 2025 with its semi-regular keynote appearance at CES, one of the world’s largest consumer electronic shows, and it was a spectacle to behold.
