Disney World's Muppets section of its theme park is getting a monster makeover in summer 2025. Here's how much longer you have to eat at PizzeRizzos

Time is running out to visit one of Disney World’s longest running and most popular attractions as the last day for Muppet*Vision 3D is set for June 7. The Florida-based theme park confirmed the closing date this week while also setting shutter dates for two restaurants near the attraction.

Walt Disney World is closing an iconic attraction and restaurant in 2025 to make way for a new experience. Muppet*Vision 3D and PizzeRizzo will permanently close on June 7, according to Disney World’s website. Both establishments will be replaced with a “Monsters, Inc.”-themed area, according to an August 2024 blog post.

To make room for the incoming pack of monsters, Disney’s Grand Avenue is set to begin closing retailers in phases, starting with Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano in May. MuppetVision 3D will follow next, along with PizzeRizzo, while June 7 is set to be the final day that fans can experience either location.
