South Korea's top court reinstated Han Duck-soo as acting president as he pledged to focus on steering the nation through a U.S. "trade war".

South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo has been reinstated as the acting president as the Constitutional Court overturned his impeachment.

Han Duck-soo was reinstated as acting president Monday. He was handed the reins to the country after President Yoon Suk Yeol, who declared martial law, was impeached.
