Marc Veyrat says he has put a warning sign over the door of his new venue, five years after unsuccessfully suing Michelin Guide when he was downgraded from three to two stars.

It’s 10 new “recommended” restaurants for Florida as the Michelin Guide makes its first announcement of 2025. Four are in Orlando.

In Florida, the guide reviews restaurants in Miami, Orlando and Tampa for inclusion in the list. At this time, no Tampa restaurants were added. The Orlando restaurants added to the list are Coro (contemporary cuisine); Sorekara (Japanese); Unigirl (Japanese); and Omo by Jont (contemporary).

The Michelin Guide on Wednesday added 10 restaurants to the Florida guide, including restaurants in Miami and Orlando but none in Tampa. The announcement noted six new eateries in Miami and four in Orlando,

More Orlando restaurants have been added to the Florida Michelin Guide for 2025. The guide, which signed a three-year deal with Visit Florida and tourism agencies in Tampa, Orlando and Miami in 2022, on Jan. 15 revealed the addition of 10 new restaurants. Four of those are in Orlando and the other six are in Miami, with none being added in Tampa.

Six brand new Miami restaurants have been added to the Florida Michelin list, ranging in cuisines from Portuguese to Italian.
