For the current quarter ending in March, Church & Dwight expects its per-share earnings to be 90 cents. The company expects full-year earnings in the range of $3.68 to $3.72 per share. Church & Dwight shares have increased slightly more than 2% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed nearly 7% in the last 12 months.

AbbVie Inc. (ABBV) on Friday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $22 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Zeeland, Michigan-based company said it had net income of 39 cents per share. The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 49 cents per share.

BASEL, Switzerland (AP) — BASEL, Switzerland (AP) — Novartis AG (NVS) on Friday reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.82 billion. On a per-share basis, the Basel, Switzerland-based company said it had net income of $1.41. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.98 per share.
