Dec 12, 2013 · I have used fish antibiotics and yes regardless of the warning of not for human consumption, they are exactly what they give humans. Basically what you get are the left overs from what was used to make human antibiotics (the scrappings). As long as you can live with that.

FISH Flex antibiotics are the exact same antibiotics that humans take as long as the number on the fish antibiotic pill matches the number on the official pill identifier and the only ingredient listed on the bottle is the antibiotic. ( Cephalexin, Amoxicillin, etc..) This is a fact.

(Note that there is a 10% cross-reactivity between "-cillin" drugs and Keflex, meaning that, if you are allergic to Penicillin, you could also be allergic to Keflex). FISH-ZOLE is an antibiotic that also kills some protozoa that cause dysentery.

Jul 5, 2017 · NO antibiotic you'll find for fish is going to work on a resistant bladder infection. Those require antibiotics that are specifically designed to achieve high bladder concentration. Tetracycline, Erythromycin, and Fish-Mox aren't going to be useful. I've never needed to take any fish antibiotics since I have insurance.

Dr. Alton noted the Thomas Labs tablets even had the exact same USP markings and I noted that ones sold by Aquabiotics.net were actually packaged and labeled for human consumption in other countries but had a fish label pasted over that and were then imported and sold in US.
