Es-335 vs. Es-345 - Gibson Custom - Gibson Brands Forums
Oct 29, 2011 · I'm not a fan of the current production model Memphis built 345's, and I don't think Gibson has built any Nashville Historics like mine since around 2000. In my case, I definitely preferred my 2000 built Histroric mono, varirone, stop-tail 345 over my 1975 trapeze 335.

Oct 23, 2020 · I have a Gibson ES 345 TDSV reissue, gold hardware. Can a Bigsby vibrato be installed without damage to stereo or other controls? If so, what model would work; B7, B30, etc.? I know it wpuld leave two holes where stock bridge exists, but they are usually covered up by a black/white lettered "CUSTOM" insert.

Oct 21, 2021 · Roasted maple center block (thermally engineered was the word Gibson used) that has been chambered! Roasted adirondack spruce bracing. The rest follows typical ES-345 specs. I've owned some cool ES', a 97 Lucille being one of …
ES 345 differences. Historical accuracy - Gibson Brands Forums
Nov 16, 2010 · Hi everybody, I'm having a hell of a time finding out the differences between ES 345 & ES 345TD models. Are there differences between the Memphis models made today & the Historic Nashville made models. I really want to buy a ES 345TD but can only find ES 345 models being sold without the TD in the end of the name.

Apr 12, 2012 · Just got my epi 345 in cherry red from Thomann today so here is some first impressions. Since they are a bit hard to get I settled for a B-stock one that was returned by another customer. So I got it for 500 euro instead of 550. Held my fingers crossed because I read some dreadfull stories about ...
The right cable for a stereo ES-345 - Gibson Brands Forums
Jul 2, 2010 · Hi Georg, I presume an insert cable has a stereo jack at one end and two mono jacks at the other and is intended to be used to connect a mixer (stereo jack into the insert socket) to an outboard effect (a mono each into the receive/send sockets). If so, th
ES-345s - Gibson Brands Forums
Sep 4, 2014 · Since I bought a Memphis 2011 ES-345 a few years ago, I have been crazy about the ES-345. It really is much like you described, relative to the ES-335 and ES-355. I personally think the older (say, mid 60s through early 80s) ES-345 and ES-355 instruments did sound a lot different than their ES-335 counterparts.
ES-345? - Gibson Custom - Gibson Brands Forums
Nov 16, 2010 · I remember someone on the Les Paul Forum posted audio clips of a 1960s ES-345, before and after removal of the Varitone, and I have to admit, that particular guitar sounded a lot better without it. The perception that the Varitone is an …
ES 345 Stereo Pickups into a mono amp - Gibson Gear
Jan 25, 2008 · Anybody have this problem with the old ES 345 Stereo? In the past, I used two identical amplifiers for my ES 345. Now, it's a pain dragging two amps, so I only use one amp. I use a stereo jack to my ES 345. The two positive leads in the jack are soldered together. I then use a mono coax to one amplifier input.
Gibson ES-345 2014 Identification - Gibson Brands Forums
Jan 4, 2017 · That serial number doesn't follow the formula posted on the Gibson website. No matter, those listings are rarely complete or updated. It is a bit weird that Gibson doesn't have a record of that serial. AFAIK that serial is correct for a Historic 1959 ES-345 TD. Here's a coupla similar Historic 345 TDs with similar serials -.
