Oct 14, 2024 · 1.) I deleted my online backup at Sign In - Official Site | Norton Account Sign In & Set Up. 2.) Settings > Troubleshooting > Reset all settings > Reset to Default. Which worked as you indicated. Your additional steps were not needed, but under Security > Cloud Backup > Settings, I disabled all those and did not Authenticate Cloud Backup.
