You can go to send or request money and you will see on tabs on top, navigate to contacts and you should see your username on the right under your profile picture like this "@username" it starts with "@". if you don't see this, go to www.paypal.me and create one the username you will use there it will be your username.

@randyrayd . Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old now no longer primary email.
