However, at the top under the Folder views section, you could click the "Apply to Folders" which would make it the default. Can you let us know if you already tried this? Unfortunately the Status Bar/Header has not yet been officially released to the general public. Microsoft is taking its usual gradual process to rolling out the said feature and not all users have received it. There is no easy way to enable the Settings Header.

I know that I can open a menu by opening a menu from the status bar, where in theory, I can check and uncheck what should be shown. I have page number checked in that list, but it still does not actually display.
