Dec 26, 2020 · There's no feature for now that allows to adjust Windows Frame borders. You can send a feedback to add this in the feedback hub app. For now, the workaround is creating an optical illusion that your border is thick. You can go to Settings > Personalization > Colors and choose a high vibrant color or use High Contrast Themes. Hope this helps.
