Each party to a support order may submit a written request to have the friend of the court review the order. The friend of the court is not required to act on more than one request received from a party each 36 months. A party may also file a motion to modify this support order.
Apr 14, 2022 · The Michigan Supreme Court issues two types of orders in cases to be orally argued: An order granting the application for leave to appeal and an order directing argument on the application. The latter order is referred to as a MOAA (pronounced “mō-ah”), an acronym that stands for Mini-Oral Argument on the Application.

The party appealing the criminal case to the Supreme Court is called the “Appellant.”
