My squad was looking for something that wasn't fortnite that was fun, free to play, cross play and cross progression. We were all on different platforms and the guy on switch especially complained about most games we find being 30fps but rogue company hitting 60fps on switch was insane. Its been fantastic on all platforms I've played it on.

May 21, 2023 · The lego games don't support proper online multiplayer, but you can play the local mutliplayer online through share play on ps4/5 and steam remote play on pc. I don't think xbox or switch have a similar feature though. But in my experience on ps4 and ps5 shareplay works really well for the lego games :)

Mar 31, 2023 · Disagree here. Would recommend borderlands 3, since this is the PS5 sub. The gunplay of 3 on PS5 is like 10 times better than the older games and the story and characters are annoying as hell in any borderlands game anyway and OP is not interested in story.

Sep 15, 2022 · People are sticking to ps5 games and while yes it just takes two is amazing imma say since you haven't had a console in ages crash Bandicoot nitrofueled (me and my partner played this for ages) aswell as the crash trilogy and the the 4th crash game but they are single player but fun to take turns since it's Arcady!
Best multiplayer games on PS5 that aren’t mainly shooters
If you're open to PvPvE, Hunt: Showdown is pretty cool (it's a PS4 game although it gets a PS5 engine update around April 2024). Yes, it is a shooter and kind of a battle royale. However, you play in teams of two or three against other teams to kill a boss and acquire a bounty.
