Apr 27, 2020 · I dont have the special tool 9070 to install the rocker. I installed the pushrods and rockers by turning each bolt a quarter at a time in the torque sequence. Once all of them were in I waited for the roller tappets to bleed down. When I went to turn the engine it turned until one of the valves ran into the piston I think.

It's been quite a long time since I've done one of these and if I recall correctly, you need a slide hammer and special tool to grip the intermediate shaft.
