Yesterday was a special day here at Avon Central Schools as, after more than a year of renovation, it was finally time to celebrate the grand re-opening of our Elementary School Library and STEAM Lab! Mr. Ian Smith and Mrs. Christine Bird organized ribbon-cutting ceremonies and tours of the new spaces for each grade level and boy were our kiddos excited to check things out! We can’t wait to see all the fun and learning that takes place in these new spaces over the coming weeks, months and years.

The male suspect was captured on video as he continued to steal a number of items including musical instruments, cash, food, and other electronic items from the building.
